Recent lecturer in Ireland Tyler Wilson together with his lecture tour organiser and leading UK female magician Kerry Scorah join us for a quick little chin-wag.  They talk about their initial interest in magic, Kerry talks about being how a female in magic has impacted her career and we chat to Tyler about creating routines, the differences between lay & magician audiences and his plans for the future.    We recorded this just before his lecture for the Mystic Circle of Magicians on the 15th September.

Joe Fortune, Tyler Wilson & The Mystic Circle of Magicians are Leprechauns

Tyler Wilson lecture at the Mystics

Tyler Wilson's lectured last night at The Mystic's was well attended as it was the previous night in Limerick for the Munster Society of Magicians.  His enthusiasm and technical knowledge & expertise are evident throughout.  While the bulk of the lecture is taken up with card material, probably the highlight of the night came for many at his finale.  A 6 digit random number, which as hitherto been called out, is seen to be the exact number written inside a sealed envelope.  A stunning and adaptable piece that left many speechless.  

Tyler Wilson to lecture in Dublin & Limerick

Canadian magician Tyler Wilson will lecture at The Mystic Society of Magicians this September.  Tyler Wilson is a close-up magician and stand-up comedian from Alberta, Canada who is quickly becoming known for his creative plot lines, methodology, and presentations.  The lecture takes place at the North Star Hotel, Amien St, Dublin1 on Tuesday 15th September at 8pm.  Admission for non-members is €10.  Tyler also lectures at the MSM - Limerick on Monday 14th September.
