SIM member Grim Squeaker (pictured below with the blasphemous nun) and his gallery of rogues are hosting what is probably Ireland's first Open Magic Night on 12th March in The Gypsy Rose pub on Dublin's Aston Quay. This is open to anyone wishing to perfrom for the public. As far as we are aware there is no payment but it is the ideal opportunity to get out there and gather some experience. Bear in mind this is in an over 18's venue and may include performances from some of Grim's friends. In other words you might see a boob or two. See you there! Grim along with another SIM member Robert Arismendi (pictured below left) recently took part in another alternative event The Metal Cabaret. Stephen Thompson wrote glowingly of Robert on Facebook saying "I went down to the Pint last night to see Robert do his act (or one of his acts). If you get the chance, check him out. He's got Talent!"
